The chow kuay teow is pretty authentic in flavour (though they use thinner noodles..) The grilled stingray is tasty but beware of the layer of bones in the middle (it's a bit tricky to eat safely)!
Char kway teo is way too salty. Hokkien noodle is like wet udon, overcooked and soggy. Lok Bak is ok. The only noodle dish that's worth the effort is 'Assam Laksa'
