A big spot in New Brunswick for Rutgers students, alumni and Scarlet Knight fans alike. Very affordable and easy on the wallet with their micro-brewed/craft beer selection. A must go to for that.
This brewery's beers are beat by a burger: "one of" the BEST in Brunswick! Not a 'black angus' clone, it's made with "Hereford Prime" Beef; if you don't know what that is, don't worry. It's Delicious!
The pizza is surprisingly tasty here—not the best, but better than your average bar pie. I generally steer clear of the entrees. All of the apps are great, especially the nachos. Legit happy hour too!

You can never go wrong with good craft beer in this place. It's all home made, and craft beer is actually healthy for you. It's affordable and easy on your wallet.
A little strict about where you sit. If your drinking you can sit here, then when you eat you can sit here. How about sit anywhere you want? Good food, good beer.
Been there a couple of times with friends. Mostly young college crowds from Rutgers, but there are some white collars too. Great beer selection from its own brewery.
Service is sketchy depending on who waits on you. I was disappointed that there were no IPAs available on my visit but the Triple and Pale Ale were both very good, they also have a decent Brown Ale.
Specialty here are the beers, with the Firehouse Red being perhaps the most famous one. I think they give a few cents to charity with every Firehouse Red they sell. Another cool idea is the beer sampl
Food good, beer, excellent. Service poor. No one asked if food was good and handed us bill as soon as plates were cleared. Too bad, would've had another beer. Empty place and I was rushed out. Oh well
