If you want a healthier beef Shabu, ask for the "lean" cut. It's not on the menu, but it's leaner than the listed options.

So super friendly, I feel like "Norm!" at Cheers. We rate Shabu Shabu "an 11". Great food, warm & friendly service, wonderful atmosphere.

Everything is amazing, but its all about the beef. Talk to Ash & Pop - they will school you on how to do shabu right!
