Sunny, open studio with a terrific roster of teachers. I love the Sunday evening class at 5 pm with Hamid, Nisha on Saturday at 10 am and Integrated Kriya yoga and meditation classes with David.

Love dou! Best teacher is David at 6:30 on tues and thurs. Morning express class is relaxing and a nice way to start the day!
