Make sure if your are returning or swapping you explicitly state what you expect. I just brought some gifts back and they credited the purchaser back so now I can't use the products or the $ value :/

Terrible selection of clothes for kids. Good selection of shoes, but employees never seem to know how to figure out what size for your child to wear.
