The exit from Peña is sneaky. Essentially, just follow the exit signs for Pikes Peak parking lot, but bear left just after exiting freeway.Upvote4Downvote

It has become so difficult to park here that I take the exit left and go thru the old toll booth building and park across Pena. Way better!!!UpvoteDownvote
