I came for my wedding anniversary, the food was amazing and the service was great. The little details like having a anniversary card for us and our names on the menu made this experience unforgettable
Tasting menu with wine paring is a great option to sample chef's specials. Service is amazing. They even agreed to change my desert for a savory course even though I went with a fixed tasting menu👌
The Colonial cocktail is incredible. Savory, not too aromatic, absolutely delicious. Menu changes daily so won't recommend specific dishes - you can't go wrong. Good for drinks or cozy dinner.
The seven course tasting menu was a really good choice in which simple classic dishes won out (scallops; a saddle of rabbit stood out). The cocktail list deserves more praise. Staff are superlative.
New expectation set for brunch. Everything was amazing. Try the bloody verde, the "shrimp and grits" and the bacon waffles with dick confit. Great service as always.
Colicchio says it all. The tap room has wine on tap and offers a less formal dining experience. If you dine in the taproom, order the pork belly or the coffee rubbed brisket, both are delish!
Crab and sea urchin fondue (made with roe butter) may be the best tasting dish on the menu (has lived >20 years, originally served in the Gramercy Tavern). Oh yeah, and the service was excellent.
For bunch I split blueberry doughnuts with my friend and I had the steak tartare for entré. The doughnuts were chewy, hot pillows of dough covered in a rich lavender-hued blueberry glaze.
The dining room is very modern and elegant. The service was excellent. Very attentive staff. Food was very good, not to mention the best freshly baked butterly bread I ever had.
Nothing beats a drink & a bite at the tap room bar. Scott, the great young bartender, will treat you right. Try the PHLT (pig head/lettuce/tomato): meaty, savory, satisfying. And ice cream sandwiches!
sweetbreads worth a try -- they are soaked and then fried to make tender and delicate. Excellent flavor on hawaiian prawns. rabbit is outstanding! And greatest gift of all: reasonably priced wine!
Great food but but felt rushed by over-zealous staff cleaning the table around my plate. Can a movement start where restaurants clear everyone's plate together? Its a business, I get it.

Incredible food in a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere. The wines are off the charts and are served in gorgeous stemware. Worth the splurge. #NYCFavorites
