This place rules. Chinese/Mexican fusion sounds odd, but it really works here. Chips and salsa are $$$$. Small but inspired tacos. Really nice noodles dishes, especially the Ants Climbing a Tree.
Jose Andres at bargain prices for Vegas. Ideal meal: guac, habanero sauce, carnitas (with pork rinds) and viva china (oyster) tacos, shrimpmojo, chicken ji song, and a bunch of Micheladas.
Try the Lucky 6 Siu Mai - Love this. From bottom, beef, seafood, traditional. Traditional is my favorite, but I don't usually have it garnished with gold leaf! (via @Foodspotting)
We did the tasting menu. Phenomenal - absolutely the right decision if you want to fully experience the fusion style here. I’ll always dream of the mango sticky ricedessert - stellar finish.

A must visit in Cosmopolitan. The setas tacos are excellent. I also recommend the Avacado Smash. The tequilla and avacado is tasty & is refreshing. They sometimes have a Pork Belly Taco that's great!
The tasting menu was a lot of food, but a completely unique and delicious experience. Definitely worth trying once. The tacos, fried pork buns, and fried rice were just a few of many hits.
When Pigs Fly steamed dumplings are made fresh all day long. You can watch them being made if you sit at the bar. Very good fusion food! Terry is an amazing bartender/mixologist! Ask him for tips!
Christine was our server, she was very attentive and did an excellent job! She suggested a couple of dishes that were home runs! Our favorites were the Dan Dan Mian and the Mongolian Beef Lettuce.
Fuses two tried and true traditional cuisines together for something totally new and creative. It's mandatory I come here on each trip. Worth a visit for the margarita clouds alone.
A great spot for a light vegetarian lunch. Go for the Beijing Noodle Bowl: it's fresh, light and oh-so-delicious. The guacamole is the freshest you'll find; just leave off the cheese for vegan.
Casual yet experimental. Definetely a must visit for foodies. Try Sui Mai (Beef & Lucky) are totally insane. Finish with Mongolian Beef Lettuce, so delicious!

Explore the fusion of east and west with a Viva China Taco - a combination of beeftendon, kumamoto oyster, scallions and peppercorn sauce drizzled with Mexican chipotle salsa.
Try the Lagosta tacos, Oceans Nest (crispy noodles, lobster, shrimp and scallops), and especially the chicken-rice-avocado-poblano soup. And to drink the margarita with salt "air". So good.
Tasty tuna ceviche and pork tacos. Okay pot stickers. Be warned: you are paying Strip prices for tapas and communal seating. Too expensive for portion size.
Fantastic food. Order the cochinitas, BBQsteamed buns and lotus/pea shoots. Singapore sling and lemondrop cocktails great. Girly drinks but really good.
