Always plan for a five minute window before and a five minute window after your stop in order to account for traffic. And be nice to the drivers. You could be the only pleasant person they see all day

Be a little early and give yourself a window of time. Don't forget to be nice to your driver. They bust their ass to be on time all the time so being polite could brighten their day from rude people.

Be friendly to your driver. You never know when they'll wait that extra minute when you're running late.

The signs say NO SMOKING. I'm sick of smelling like an ashtray for other people's bad habits. Yuck. Stop smoking in the terminal way!! It's disgusting!!
