Check put Justin Barnes! The absolute most amazing teacher! Thurs sat west bloomfield and wed sun Bham! Teaches to the mind body and spirit! My life has changed because of his teaching!

Dress to sweat! A mat towel is a must for vinyasa and Slowburn. One of my favorite studios in metro Detroit!

Jacquie Wednesday nights, great class. Gets hot and crowded 'cuz its in the small room but its a tough class and great workout
