It is an interesting and recommended touristvillage to visit in Sapa. while tracking along 1,5 km we can see local people selling all local souvenir and product, hmong homes, ethnic dance and musicRead more
Very touristy. Have a nice walk down the village, rent some costumes to take pictures if you want. Then take "xe om" back and have some beer/coffee at some cafes to enjoy the scenic view.
Incredibly touristy but worth visiting for the riceterraces. Go for the golden hour then head up the road to Z Mong for a sunsetbeer overlooking the valley.
The entrance fee for Cat Cat is separate to the one on the way to Ta Van. In case you rent a scooter, choose the Ta Van area as it is hard to do by foot in one day, whereas Cat Cat can be done.
Ticket(update Sep13-2014) 40.000vnd/people,not so much to view, wear a sportshoes climb down&up via 2 bridge,u can hire xe om to go up for 20.000vnd.Good place for trekking excerise
Pretty much a Potemkin touristvillage - pretty fake, pretty plastic, basically just there to provide a backdrop to always-the-same instagram photos. Still the nature around is nice, worth seeing once
30000VND/p Don't be fooled to go here! A tivoli made for the tourists, not much original village left. Do a tour on one of the surrounding mountainroads and experience what this place is lacking.
Cat Cat Village is about 1 km from Sapa town. It's located at... the bottom of the Muong Hoa Valley and near the stunning Cat Cat Waterfall. This is an age-old village of H'Mong ethnic group remaining unique customs and practices that are lots in other villages.(Show more)
