    A favorite place for a weekend get away for me and my husband. I would recommend Cabin Creek Lodge, Pisgah Brewery, Trailhead, Take a hike, and nearby Montreat for hiking

    Be sure to take in downtown. Lovely scene. White Horse and Town Pump are a couple of sweet venues. And don't forget to check out the Straightaway Cafe up the mountain.

    Nice place...speed limit 20 MPH in town, BUT 25MPH in front of school...makes no sense.

    If you ever want to check into this elusive venue, it's right on the east side of Asheville on I-40, when you're going down a "big ass mountain".
