One of the staffs helps me to change my MacPro's battery for free (even it's already like 2 years old) by asking his manager. At the end I got it for free n save bout $200. The reserve system for IPhone 5 is poorly managed. Apple do not ever get back to you to let you know if are successful or not. 8 days in a row and still no iPhone!!!!!!!!!!!!Upvote1Downvote
