Found a sweet car online at this place, so made the 100 mile drive to purchase. Took 6 hrs to conduct transaction! Not sure why they're so inefficient in process, but I got a great car in the end.

Eric the sales rep was fantastic. The sales manager tried to do the typical deal tacking on a security tag BS and gap insurance. Typical scam. I've bought three cars from Champion. No more ever.

So they updated their waiting room furniture because the service wait will be long...even when you drop the vehicle off at 7:30 am.
