Crew service skills need upgrading. At least as good as Alfresco Miri as a benchmark.

Service needs major improvement. My order arrived only after 1hr 30mins. Ordered drink, but only arrived after 30 mins, w/ 3 different waiter to confirm back d order. Return balance late w/out resit

Service very poor. We ordered our Tiger Draught jug and only came half an hour later. Also, you pay restaurant price when the place is not air-conditioned. Only the bar area.
