This is fine dinning at fine price. For meat lovers you want to take goats balls or pied de cochon as starter. For mains take the neck of deer. Desserts you can’t go wrong. Enjoy!!!
What a great addition to the Utrecht culinary scene! This restaurant focuses on slow food, local ingredients, and the less "loved" parts of the animals.
Probably my favourite restaurant in town at the moment. Awesome inventive but unfussy food prepared from local ingredients paired with often surprising wines. A delight.
