Great restaurant helmed by Brent Savage, the Australian Chef of The Year 2015. Start with Pork Cheek or Spot Prawn Cocktail, to mains of Oyster Blade Fillet or Red Mulloway, lastly Violet Ice Cream.
Not cheap but certainly a delicious lunch! Couldn't be faulted from the wine selection, menu option, selected dishes, service staffknowledge of the menus - thank you!
Service was hit & miss, with inconsistent wait time between courses. Not good when eating 9 plates of food. Regardless, the food really was amazing and menu very well thought out! Definitely returning
