I reckon of of the few legit speakeasy cocktail bars in Sydney that does everything right. Focus is on gin and they make really good cocktails with their selections too.
A hidden bar with gin of all kinds from all over the world. Ask for their full menu which is biblical in size! Great cocktails in a cosy dim lit environment. Access via the barbershop on York Street.

Legendary barstaff. Midweek patrons are an interesting bunch, well worth visiting then. They don't do Brazilian waxes either after midnight or at all, I didn't press the question.
Does a bunch of cocktails suitable for grownup tastebuds, has a selection of bottled beers, likes to be known for their gin selection, only food is nibbles to accompany their drinks.
Overall good experience. Waitresses have a great attitude, but a couple of guys behind the bar not so much. Quite understaffed (or overpacked) on a Friday night so be prepared to wait for orders!
