Best 206 hometown brew on the eastern seaboard. True PNW coffee comes to New York. Definitely worth popping in for a cup if you're even remotely nearby.
The only NYC location of this Seattle-based jewel. I love the Theo blend and also their decaf roast for home cold-brew. If you buy a bag of coffee you get a free drink-what's not to love about that?
Small cafe on the Lower East Side - only three seats by the window. Not the kind of place where you can sit and sip your coffee for hours, but great for picking up a latte on the go.
A Seattle based roasting company offering one of the best house brews in the city in addition to a no nonsense espresso. Not enough room for lots of seating but still worth a visit. 5/5
Tried a few coffee shops in lower Manhattan during my trip and this was probably the best. Only serves coffee to go. Small place and you could find a queue at any time of the day.
The kings of the dark roast, this Seattle transplant roasts their own on the Lower East Side's Ludlow St. It's dark in there in more ways than one. They supply coffee to some other cafes on this list Read more
Best coffee on the planet. Cool and friendly staff. And always with some Joy Division, Sex Pistols, Guns n Roses, or other fine music going down. Great little place.

Seattle coffee comes to NYC! In typical New York style, though, the café is small, has only standing room, but still manages to have a small roaster and a restroom.
