I had a really great meal here. Split a sushi boat with a friend, had a phenomenal pork bun, and crushed a delicious Scorpion bowl , complete with a flaming shot of sambuca in the center.

Excellent service. I can't remember our server's name, but she was so nice and accommodating. Decent food, but they stopped serving wagyu beef about two months ago. Good option in the Fenway area.

Izakaya-style pub food with a modern approach and a sleek decor. A tad pricey but definitely a welcomed addition to the area

Try the miso black cod, served here with a little sweet citrus accent in the glaze. The Japanese method brings out even more richness to the white fish, always in a small portion, deeply satisfying. Read more

Our critic was knocked out by the flavored sashimi platter, the kurobuta pork noodle soup, and the bellweather phoenix roll. The novelty is actually robata — neat little charcoal-grilled skewers. Read more

if you order noodles in soup, be sure to ask for the spicy broth; it tastes of togarashi, but makes all the difference. #ramenquest
