Upvote1Downvote - This is Toronto Public Library’s main location. Lots of seating, a Balzac’s location on the main floor but heads up: it’s a reference library, so none of the books here can be checked out.Upvote1Downvote
It opens early in a morning. There is crowded with people who is students after 1 or 2 on a weekday. I recommend as a mayor you should come early before 12, if you want to seat and feel comfirtable.UpvoteDownvote
