Wow. Here's a tip: Order a drink without using lingo. Watch their faces explode with confusion. Say milk instead of latte and your drink is at least $4 cheaper. Cool lingo doubles the price. Truth!
I always go inside as well. If there is a line, I order through the app. As long as you are quick (or have ordered before...it saves any drink you have ordered online), guaranteed less wait time.
As a Starbucks regular and daily app user, I can say this is by far the slowest service branch I have ever been to. High employee turn over and customer UNFRIENDLY attitude
