Check out the two great restaurants downstairs: 10 Downing Food & Wine and Sam Bahri Steakhouse. Celeb hangouts Bar Pitti and Da Silvano are right across the street. Watch out for Beyonce and Jay-Z!

At the edge of the West Village and Greenwich Village, 10 Downing is one of the biggest prewar rental buildings in the area, with 115 newly renovated luxury apartments.

Awesome pre-war building. Beautiful designs in and out. Building service was very nice. Wouldn't mind living here either!

Stonehenge is fantastic at taking pre war apartments and renovating them to the "10s" !
