お好み焼きをお店の人に作ってもらったら、最後にお好み焼きを十字に切ってから、ひっくり返してました。東京の人は皿とお箸で食べるんで取り分けやすいように十字に切るんだけど、それだと若干潰れるんで、切った後にひっくり返して平らな面にソースを塗るんだとか。納得！

ちょっとわかりにくい場所にありますが、なかなかおいしいです。東京でこれくらいのものを食べられれば十分だと。
