"歩道、伐採整備がしっかりされており、険しい山道も登りやすく、眺望も素晴らしい。天下の堅城であったことがよくわかります。本丸までの所要時間は登山口の道の駅からゆっくり散策して1時間。山中御殿側の駐車場からなら25分程度。残念なのは、第二次月山富田城合戦のパネルはあったけど、第一次月山富田城合戦のパネルが見あたらなかったことくらい。"
