Been here 10+ times
It's good hotel, close to Omiya station, that can take you around to Tokyo or Saitama. The breakfast is so-so, its a bit difficult for european actually. And.. no chili in Japan :(

大宮駅直結で便利。大宮のホテルといえばここという感じのシティホテルみたいですが思ったより普通でした。
