ShizuCafeJune 16, 2013名物 藁たたきで、鰹や葉鰹がなくなっていましたが、サバで藁たたきを作ってくれました。どんなものかと思ったけど藁をもやした火で炙ったものです。塩が振ってあるのでそのままでもいいけど、お好みでネギとニンニクスライスと食べたり、ポン酢で食べたり美味しかったです。豚バラ味噌漬焼もGOODでした♪
