onihikoJanuary 7, 2022広島にも東京風ハイエンド醤油ラーメンが増えてその典型。閉店間際の時間に行ったせいか麺がダマになっていたのが残念。あとスープに浮く脂膜がキツくて食後の感覚も好きになれない。
