Don't take the overpriced train; take the bus (and make sure it's Swebus, not flygbussarna); 35 mins for ∼10 eur instead of 20 mins for ∼30 eur.
Clarion Hotel near sky city has A really nice restaurant on 12th floor with views over the airport. Great for planespottinh and really good food.
Beware the no name taxis outside, you might get fleeced. Taxi Kurir, Taxi 020 or Taxi Stockholm (spelled exactly like that) are safe bets.
Travel from Arlanda to Stockholm C by commuter train. Takes about 45 min. Walk to Arlanda C between terminal 4 and 5. Buy a ticket at the desk or use your SL card. There is currently a fee of 75 SEK.
Yellow cabs are cheapest for Airport to city trip. 470kr. Arlanda express faster and cheaper!
If you are not travelling alone, taxi will be much cheaper option to the city (470 SEK up to 4 persons vs 260 SEK Arlanda Express train per person)
Take swebus into the.city. They have free wifi on their buses and power jacks so that you can recharge your phone!
Stat cheap and clean at Jumbo Hostel (former Singapore Airlines vessle) near the airport. Bus 14 rakes you there for free!
