Great food court. Pay street food prices and sit in an AC mall- Airport - style mall, visit great world cities as you climb up or descend floors.
Free wifi available which can ask from reception on the 1st floor. Different styles of toilets on each floor, feel excited ;P

Super convenient access due to MTR and BTS. Lots of small trendy shops that you won't find at other smalls. The "themed" design is smart.
