Took family for buffet but they no longer have it. Handwritten letter on front desk a little hard to read explains their inability to manage their restaurant profitability. Quality went down also.

Ribs not as good as that used to be. Greasy and mushy lack texture... Smokey flavor still but old and mushy is not quality.
