So many rude staff members. And isn't the Diamond Club card supposed to work in the machines? Second time here - first time, they gave us the wrong room and took 2 hours and some arguing to fix it.
dirty. fees for fitness club, parking, etc. takes forever to get your car or a baggage cart (if at all)- as in over an hour. much is broken, most is dirty and outdated.
Tried Fin. The maitre d' rudely stated, "Do you have reservations? You can't just go to a gourmet restaurant without reservations." The restaurant was all but empty!!! We left. Never again!
Horrible experience here. Room smelled moldy & no comforter on bed. Called down for blankets & they never brought them up to us. Terrible customer service.
