    Contrary to other comments, whilst the beds look good and are a good size it's like lying on a slab of concrete

    Kitchen must have forgot my breakfast order, and leave yourself half an hour to check out at they seem to be severely short staffed with only one person at reception

    stay at your peril. Hotel DESPERATELY needs sound insulation. We needed airplugs could hear everything from all rooms around us.

    Toilets were very dirty in room 239. We had to call reception 3 times to get them cleaned up

    Here's a tip. Don't get coffee from the cafe here because they don't know how to make it. Burnt milk and coffee splattered all over the saucer. WTF???
