Excellent service & facilities. Breakfast is awesome. Complimentary buggy rides to/fro KLCC. Can accrue Enrich points here too.

+ : location and shuttle to klcc, room amenities, room service for sahur in ramadan. - : too glossy at places, almost over eager reception staff, no morning paper. Overall: excellent 4/5

The WORST experience! We came for Honeymoon, they let us waiting in The lobby 4 hours and we came from a 14 hours flight. The service awful, they ruined my trip in KL, i will NEVER come Back 👎🏼👎🏼

Clean and comfortable. Skybar has a nice view of the towers, but the bar itself is an awful tourist trap.

It's only about the view, service doesn't exist at all. Staff are absolutely careless towards visitors, it's a famous place thus people will keep on coming.

A good place to stay while on a business trip, but the service lacks a personal touch and the hotel is best avoided by honeymooners.

Business hotel. No charm at all. The pool area is absolulty hot. Go The Face Suites instead.
