    $300 for a 30k service???? WTF! Guy told me that often times they have e-coupons to bring the 5k services from $90 closer to $50... exposing their true profit margins

    Parts department is SLOW. It took 3 ppl to get a small $7 part. A simple 2 min. Transaction took 30 min.
