Tan on the outside and smoke ring pink on the inside, our chickens are slow smoked for over three hours in our wood burning smokers to make them truly tender and juicy
Brisket
Moist with a flavorful bark on the outside and a red smoke ring on the inside. Our briskets are smoked low and slow to delicious perfection for a good long time
Beef Ribs
Our beef ribs are juicy, meaty and tender. They are dry rubbed then smoked for over five hours in our wood burning smokers. Our certified angus beef (cab) ribs are second to none

Tender, juicy and succulent, our pork bellies are dry rubbed overnight and slow smoked to perfection for unparalled flavor
