    Possibly the only place in Dili that is of a backpacker budget. Friendly staff, nice outdoor bar, free wifi and helpful information booklets. Luggage lockers available if getting out of Dili.

    Free WiFi is available for those staying at the Backpackers and those just drinking in the bar.
