The Rita's Chicken Cutlets are to die for, as are the beignets.
Try the shrimp etouffee with dirty rice and an Amber to wash it down!!

The eggplant poboy is good the sauce is zesty and keeps it from tasting like an eggplant Parm.
Margaritas were great. Oysters remoulade appetizer was good. Crawfish Étouffée was a huge disappointment. Service was mediocre at best, but it was opening night so I'll cut them some slack.
