The line at the counter moves extremely slowly here, because most Thrifty customers routinely get one or more credit card charges declined.

Avoid this Thrifty at all costs. Go with a rental agency that has cars at the airport, it will save you time and costs exactly the same. Had to wait 40 minutes for the shuttle, and called 4 times.

Been here 10+ times
Blue Chip members: skip the counter and go straight to the Blue Chip booth in the parking lot. Service is much better at the booth.

Rent somewhere else. They bury hidden fees in their contract that will net you a $60-100 charge on the back end.
