One hour before the scheduled time of your treatment, you are welcome to check in to enjoy our spa baths – eucalyptus steamroom, dry cedar sauna, and hot tub. After your treatment is over, you are welcome to lounge in our relaxation room for as long as you would like.

A stand-alone, walk-in service that includes use of our eucalyptus steamroom, cedar sauna, hot tub and relaxation room for up to 3 hours.

30, 60, or 90 minute massages designed in consultation with your therapist to provide you with the prefect balance of nurturing relaxation, soothing stress relief, and targeted muscular therapy, leaving you with a feeling of overall bliss. A variety of techniques are used to tailor the massage to each client's needs.

An herbal wrap begins with 10 minutes of pre-heating in the eucalyptus steamroom or hot tub. While still warm, you are wrapped in sheets that have been steaming in a fragrant herbal bath. Attended by your therapist, you remain wrapped for 30 minutes, sweating out your body's impurities, enjoying the aroma of the herbs and essential oils, and experiencing deep relaxation.

A hot stone massage is a unique, luxurious treatment unlike any other massage. Smooth, heated basalt stones of various sizes are placed on key points of your body. As the heat from these stones penetrates the muscles, the therapist uses other stones as well as her hands to provide a deep but nurturing massage. The comfort of the heat and the sensation of gentle muscle release creates a one-of-a-kind relaxation experience.

30 or 60 minute massages specifically designed to relax tense muscles, relieve stress, and promote overall wellness throughout the course of a woman's pregnancy. Use of the spa baths is not recommended for women who are pregnant, but they may still check in one hour prior to the appointment time to enjoy the relaxation room before the service begins.

Shiatsu is carried out fully clothed, while you are lying or sitting on a soft, padded mat on the floor. It is based on the principles of traditional Eastern medicine and is a rejuvenating experience that releases the flow of energy along the body’s meridians. The therapist uses her fingers, thumbs, palms, and forearms to apply pressure to your body. These techniques are used in conjunction with stretches, compressions, joint rotations, and joint manipulation to give a treatment which aims at treating you on a holistic level – working with the body, mind and spirit.

This gentle and slow rhythm massage is extremely relaxing, promoting a healthy immune system and providing the client with improved energy and a rejuvenated state of being.
