On my PHX metro dog friendly list. Personally verifying each one. Thirsty Dog has a nice outdoor eating area, but bring a friend to help watch the dog as you can't see the table area from inside.

Hot dogs, cigs and wine, plus walking distance from campus/mill/my apt... I'm here all the time. Try a hot dog with cream cheese!
