Chef ron made the best meatballs, & we decided to give them a spot on the menu. Our beef mixed w/ local pork, herbs & parmigiano, cooked on the grill, over a touch of todds vegetable marinara

Organic​ mixed greens, rubbed w/ our delicious, house-made caesar dressing, shaved onion, blue oven croutons, marinated olives, organic feta & fresh lemon

1/2 gourmet grilled cheese, local veggies, small salad, or a cup of our award winning soup!

Our own grass-fed beef, served on a blue oven english muffin, w/ double smoked bacon, sweet roasted pepper, shaved onion & red chile aioli

Local pastured eggs & snowville cream w/ various vegetables, herbs &/or cheese, served alongside local field greens dressed in white balsamic vinaigrette. Potato salad & toasted bread w/ seasonal “jam lady” jam balance out the meal. We make these fresh each morning, & as a result, they may not be available at dinner

We inject a super-tender, bone-in organic ohio pork crown roast w/ kosher salt, local maple syrup & apple cider, coat it w/ crushed nuts & slow roast it in the oven, we cut a juicy chop off the roast, & after a quick sear in a pan, top it w/ a brown sugar simple syrup & caramelized cinnamon apples. House potato & southern greens join it on the plate

A regularly changing, simple selection of our best produce in various forms, to highlight the beauty of the season, w/ our herbs, fresh pasta, & organic cheeses, & maybe some nuts to garnish. Feel free to add a grilled amish chicken breast

We raise our own grass-fed beef, & therefore have a various selection of cuts available to us, which we change daily, in an effort to utilize the whole animal. Our beef is humanely raised, on an organically farmed, open pasture at webb valley farm. Each cut is prepared in a special way to maximize the flavor & composition of the beef. We serve the beef w/ sides that pair well, usually house potatoes & local veggies

Organic ohio baby back ribs that have been coated w/ our house rib rub get smoked for 8 hours over hickory & applewood chips. We finish the ribs on a grill so that the outside remains crispy, while moist & tender inside. They are then plated alongside our house potatoes & southern style greens. Western carolina BBQ upon request
