Joon Ian WongMarch 27, 2012Get a shoeshine down the corridor near the Oak Room. There's fast and free Wifi in the lobby too.- Ask for a room in the Towers. The other, older section of the hotel has dark rooms and thin walls.

Make sure to see the Shoe Doctor near the fitness center. It's not a shoe shine; you are visiting the doctor! He is going to be on The Discovery Channel.

Eduardo GJanuary 5, 2016Bad, bad, bad hotel. The only good thing is the ubication. You hear all night noises from the rooms beside yours! I can't sleep in all my stay.
The elevators suck now. You have to key in your floor, 2-3 times, before an elevator will pick you up. WTF?!
Ok older hotel that would bet better if it upgraded to a more modern, contemporary style.

"I’ve been a VS shopper for more than 15 years and have witnessed the brand’s decline. The store is rundown with very few staff and lots of closed off parts. Wondering if it will go bankrupt soon"
