Been here 10+ times
It has everything you need for your training. Good ambience and the machines are well maintained. Water is not provided, that would be the only minus.

Steam bath. Clean/new. Good staff. First aid kit! Protein shake bar. Clean towels, lockers, showers. E Z parking. Great place! Previously loved 24 fitness, but changed.
