Taber Suite for Extended Stays
Extended stay rates (for up to 2 people) : 475.00 per week, 1500.00 per month, 1300.00 per month for a minimum 6 month term lease. Extended stay rates do not include breakfast or housekeeping services. Weekly housekeeping available.
Two-Bedroom Residence in Downtown Wallingford
Extended stay rate: 600.00 per week (2 week minimum) , 1,600.00 per month, 1,400.00 per month with a minimum 6-month term lease (12% occupancy tax only applied to first 30 days.) Rental fee cover utilities, cable TV, local and long distance phone calls and high speed internet connection. Housecleaning services provided. Breakfast not included.

You can have your choice of sandwiches and/or salads for a special picnic lunch to go. Plates, utensils, napkins are all packed for you saving you all the hassle of running out and buying more than you can use! Add 29.00 to any regular room or suite rate.

Reserve our extended family suite with two bedrooms, cable TV, and wireless internet access for a two night stay, including breakfast each morning.
