The front room is architected horribly. Unless you like having a bunch of people constantly smoking cigarettes, drinking, and yelling right outside your bedroom window every night. bang on your window

Don't bother trying to get anything fixed or trying to find a reason why you go over on your utilities EVERY month. They don't care.- Staff stole a waterpipe from my apt when they came to fix the constantly broken toilet and sink.
- They charge $5 to fix your light bulb if it goes out
- Does loud yard work at 7 am every morning. Extremely noisy.
