A light chocolate cake named for the man who invented the sweet chocolate that it is made with. His last name was german. Covered and filled with a luscious coconut pecan “goo”.

Lemon Mascarpone Mousse Cake

Light sponge cake filled with a refreshing lemon mascarpone mousse and lemon curd. Frosted with vanilla buttercream.

Hazelnut Praline Mousse Cake

Light hazelnut genoise layers filled with creamy praline mousse. Smooth chocolate frosting; sides coated with hazelnut grains.

A deep chocolate devil’s food cake with chocolate pudding for the filling. “Fudgy” chocolate frosting coated with chocolate cake crumbs.

Red Velvet Cake

A favorite‏ in the south. Rich red cake flavored lightly with cocoa. White chocolate cream cheese filling. Vanilla buttercream frosting.

Tuxedo Cake

A “black and white” cake. Dark chocolate cake filled with whipped cream. Frosted with white buttercream. The chocolate glaze that covers the top is allowed to drip down the sides for a crisp black/white tuxedo look.
