An exfoliating treatment without abrasion or down time that reveals fresh, refined skin and removes surface skin cells to reduce fine lines, minimize pore size and even out skin tone. A deep cleanse and tone are followed by either a Lactic, Beta-Salicylic, or Glycolic professional-grade peel to loosen the top layer of the dermis, promote cell renewal and prevent plugged pores. While some of the strokes may feel the same as those used in Swedish massage therapy, deep tissue massage isn't a stronger version of a Swedish massage. Deep tissue massage techniques are used to break up scar tissue and physically break down muscle "knots" or adhesions that can disrupt circulation and cause pain, limited range of motion, and inflammation - At certain times during the massage, you may feel some discomfort or even some pain as the massage therapist works on areas where there are adhesions or scar tissue. After the massage, you may feel some stiffness or soreness.

Microdermabrasion: This physical exfoliation sloughs off dry, dehydrated skin, re-textures fine lines and diminishes the appearance of pore size.
