Staff is useless in assisting in which line to wait. Stood for 1/2 hour in down elevator line as we were never told where lounge line was. Need direction from non existent staff. Hour ill never get bk

Host John is AWESOME!! Cocktail waitresses are the worst I have ever encountered. They have a weak wine "list".

Staff seemed rude at first, but it must be tourist burnout. We started chatting them up, and they got personable.

I agree with the other comments of the rude service. They had plenty of window tables and the host refused to allow us to be at the window. We ignored the rude service and enjoyed the night.
