Rita thompsonFebruary 24, 2013If possible, ask for a room with a view of the Empire State Building. Lights are beautiful at night. Bagel fans head to Daniels on 3rd ave, between 37 and 38, for breakfast. Go with veggie cr. cheese.Upvoted Jan 12

Murray Hill is such a relaxing part of a very busy city. The staff is awesome. Rooms are great. Pillow menu is a real treat!

Nice hotel. Good restaurant, Rare, attached to the hotel. Air conditioning runs a little weird so the room can't be turned into an ice box.

Ordered the chicken soup room service for light dinner.... Best chicken soup I've ever had! Go figure...
Avoid the room Internet $13 charge, connect for free in lobby. Go up to room and connect to Lodgenet. This bypasses the charge :) ssssh...

Mixed, reception has the horrid New York attitude, doorman is friendly.housekeeping likes to keep leftovers in the hallway
